Meet the Founder
Mark Korotinsky, PhD
Dr. Mark Korotinsky founded Sky Leadership Consulting and Coaching after more than 15 years leading the people side of organizations from the inside — as a Chief People Officer, Head of Talent, and executive coach across consulting, aviation, and government sectors.
He holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, along with a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
What drives his work is a simple belief: organizations succeed when the people inside them are set up to.
